With Ángel Nieva López, Sit Sms will develop a new platform in order to enter the emerging international markets.
Barcelona, 4th of May 2006.- SITSMS, it is specialized in sending SMS and it is the Spanish leader of this sector with 35 millions SMS sent in 2005. Mr. Ángel Nieva López is its new Director of Technology. He joined the team with the aim to leader the development of new market’s technical needs in the field of the mobile world, which is part of the international expansion plan of SITSMS.

Mr. Ángel Nieva López is its new Director of Technology. He joined the team with the aim to leader the development of new market’s technical needs in the field of the mobile world, which is part of the international expansion plan of SITSMS.
One of his priorities is the creation of a department, based in Barcelona, able to give support all over the world. The department will be composed by a multidisciplinary and multiethnic team; it will be able to give a high quality support both to national and international customers.
The corporate and operative strategy of SITSMS focuses on its main actions of Support, Development and I+D in Barcelona, establishing a commercial HUB of the various on line offices which are about to be opened in other countries whose management and commercial team will work with mobile instruments without need to implant an office. In this way, the company will enjoy of a better adaptability.
Ángel Nieva López used to work for the ATOS Origin, an international technology adviser, specialized in information technology services, such as responsibilities in the Technical Area of Barcelona inside the Department of Major Events. Its main functions included investigation, development, integration and maintenance of the informatics systems for important events, such as the last edition of the Olympic Games. Ángel Nieva López obtained the MBA on Technological Management in the Business School of the University La Salle, where he is now teaching “Project Management” inside the program of Master La Salle and he is also the Coordinator of the Project’s direction Group.
